Bradley not only brings extensive experience with people who have developmental and mental disabilities, but he also used creativity and innovation to ensure his students’ success. I have not known another educator who creates such a student focused approach by differentiating every aspect of their student’s day. Bradley has the ability to give constructive criticism without the other person feeling personally or professionally attacked. He also has the ability to find common ground during conflict to maintain team cohesiveness and direction. Bradley shows leadership and compassion through example.
